Return Policy

You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. Please send us a return notification containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which products that the return relates to.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Please do not return any merchandise before contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization Number AND Return Address. We cannot accept returns without this.

You can send the information by clicking here: contact us or send an email to support@keepitcatssy.com. We will provide you with an address where to return your item. You have 14 days from the date of the return notification to return your item and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

You are responsible for the condition of the products during the shipment back to us and we therefore strongly recommend that you send your returned product well packaged, in good condition and in the original box and/or packaging.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

You may not return products which:

  • relate to a service which has been fully performed;
  • relate to promotions such as FREE + Shipping offers
  • relate to goods or a service for which the price is dependent on fluctuations on the market which we cannot control and which may occur during the period between you receiving the returned products and your notification to us of the return of the order;
  • relate to goods which have been manufactured in accordance with your specifications or which otherwise are clearly personalized;
  • relate to goods which may quickly deteriorate or expire;
  • relate to goods with a broken seal which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health or hygiene, and the seal has been broken by you;

 

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@keepitcatssy.com

 

Sale items and Promotions

Only regular priced items may be refunded

  • Sale items cannot be refunded
  • Free + Shipping Offers cannot be refunded

 

Exchanges 

Given that our apparel products are printed on demand and are custom designed, we cannot accept exchanges if you changed your mind, chose the wrong size, want a different color or if your address was incorrectly entered by you. Please make sure you read our sizing guide and follow it accordingly to avoid sizing problems. However, if for any reason you would like to return your product for a different size, color, type, etc. Send us a message here: contact us or via email at support@keepitcatssy.com within the 14 day return policy for instructions on where to return your item. Once item is returned to us, you will be fully refunded and then be able to shop for the correct product you would like.

We only replace "defective or damaged" items. We will need proof of damage (i.e. photo showing proof of the damage or defectiveness). Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Free + Shipping Offers

At times we will launch promotions which offer FREE + shipping on a specific product. You as the customer basically get the product for FREE and all you have to do is cover shipping. Most of these specific products take 2 - 5 days to process after order is placed and once order is shipped customer usually receives their FREE product in 10-20 days or less.

 

Shipping

Our Apparel and most other products (t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, hats, etc.) are made on-demand. These type of products are not mass-produced; we fulfill these specific orders by hand, right here in the USA. 

Domestic Shipping: We take about 2 - 7 business days to create apparel products ( t-shirts, long-sleeves, hoodies, tank tops, etc.)  Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

International Shipping: Shipping internationally can take up to 12 - 25 days to arrive depending on your location in the world. You will be responsible for any customs tax that may incur during transit.  Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You will be responsible for these fees. 

Please Note:  We source 'some' our products from a few vendors within Europe and Asia - which allows us to offer wholesale prices to our customers on 'specific' products. These products will have the shipping details and expectations listed on its product page so the customer is aware of the shipping times. Most of these specific products take 2 - 5 days to process after the order is placed and once shipped customer usually receives their order in 10-20 days or less.
