How long does shipping usually take?

Domestic Shipping: We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

International Shipping: Shipping internationally can take up to 10-20 days to arrive depending on your location in the world. You will be responsible for any customs tax that may incur during transit.  Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You will be responsible for these fees.

*Please Note*  We source 'some' our products from a few vendors within Europe and Asia - which allows us to offer wholesale prices to our customers on 'specific' products. These products will have the shipping details and expectations listed on its product page so the customer is aware of the shipping times. Most of these specific products take 2 - 5 days to process after the order is placed and once shipped customer usually receives their order in 10-20 days or less.

I just noticed that I chose the wrong size by mistake, can you fix this?

Please contact us as soon as you discovered you've made an error. In some cases if we catch the issue before the item gets processed, we can make the change. Remember, we strive to ship out the item ASAP so act fast!

 

What happens if my item is damaged?

If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost. (Please provide pictures if possible). The damaged product does not need to be returned. If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will refund your money 100%.

 

How is your apparel made?

Our shirts and apparel are printed on demand, so as soon as an order is placed the processing begins to get your product printed and shipped out to you. We use a Direct To Garmet (DTG) process that prints directly onto the fabric.

 

What type of ink do you use?

We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

For posters, we use Epson UltraChrome water based HDR ink-jet technology.

 

What are the care instructions for apparel items?

Apparel items

These should be only washed with like colors. You can certainly machine wash the garments in warm water that is around 104°F/40°C. Keep in mind that you should only use non-chlorine bleach if necessary and do not iron the decorated (printed) areas. If the garments require dry-cleaning, you can use any solvent except the trichloroethylene. Tumble-dry these garments on medium.

Sublimation apparel items can be washed at any temperature and it won't affect quality. But we recommend washing with like colors, as the polyester fabric we use tends to make colors run

Do you accept Returns and Exchanges?  

Returns: Our return policy lasts 14 days. Please make sure to return your item(s) within that time frame or we will be unable to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please read our Refunds and Returns policy section for further detail. 

Exchanges: Unfortunately at the moment we do not accept exchanges relating to incorrect product size, color, type, etc. If for any reason you would like to return your product for a different type, size, color, etc. Contact us via email at Support@keepitcatssy.com within the 14 day return policy for instructions on where to return your item. Once item is returned to us, you will be fully refunded and then be able to shop for the correct product you would like.

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
